Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting Well Witness LLC and our brands Old Modern Wellness, ODYV, and Well Wit. We want you to love what you purchase. We do not offer cash refunds except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. All returns are processed as exchanges or store credit.
This policy applies to purchases made:
Online at wellwitness.org, and
In person at vendor events, pop‑up shops, and gatherings hosted or attended by Well Witness.
1. Exchange & Store Credit Window
You may request an exchange or store credit for eligible items within 14 days of:
Delivery date (online orders), or
Purchase date (in-person sales)
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in new, resellable condition
In original packaging with all tags/labels intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, email confirmation)
After 14 days, no exchanges or store credit are available.
2. FINAL SALE ITEMS (No returns, exchanges, or store credit)
The following items are final sale under all circumstances and cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted to store credit:
ALL Old Modern Wellness herbal products (teas, tinctures, herbal blends, ingestible powders, balms, oils, salves)
ALL Well Witness literature (books, poems, plays, articles, written podcasts)
ALL Well Wit printed resources with text (devotionals, prayer guides, scripture cards, printed materials containing original or quoted text)
Opened or used cosmetics/personal care from ODYV or Old Modern Wellness
Digital products (e-books, PDFs, downloads) once accessed
Sale/clearance items marked "final sale"
Personalized/custom items
3. Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit Only
These items qualify for exchange or store credit within 14 days if unused/in original condition:
Well Wit stationery (blank journals, notebooks, unprinted planners, plain cards)
ODYV apparel (faith-based clothing, accessories)
Non-consumable wellness accessories (tea accessories, non-herbal items)
Conditions:
Unworn, unwashed, free from stains/odors/damage
Tags and original packaging intact
Requested exchange size/style must be available
Store credit = full purchase price (excluding tax/shipping) and never expires.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Refunds Available)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including final sale items):
Contact us within 7 days of delivery/purchase
Provide:
Order number/receipt
Clear photos of damage/error
Description of issue
We will:
Replace the item, OR
Issue a full refund to original payment method, OR
Offer store credit (your choice)
We may request return or disposal of defective items.
5. How to Request Exchange/Store Credit

Subject: "Exchange Request – [Order #]" or "Store Credit – [Order #]"
Include:
Full name
Order number/receipt
Item(s) to exchange/return
Reason
Photos (if damaged)
Preferred exchange (if applicable)
Response time: 24-48 hours with instructions.
6. Shipping
Our error (defective/incorrect): We cover return shipping.
Your preference (exchange/store credit): You pay return shipping.
Use trackable shipping (we're not responsible for lost returns)
Original shipping fees non-refundable
Pack securely in original packaging when possible
Event purchases: Bring item + receipt to customer service at future Well Witness events, or follow online process.
7. Processing Time
Exchanges: 5-7 business days after we receive item.
Store credit: Issued within 3 business days of approval.
Refunds (defects only): 5-10 business days to appear on statement.
8. Event Purchases
Same policy applies. Keep your receipt! Some event items may be labeled "final sale" on booth signage.
