This offering is for those who want a personalized herbal plan, not just a pre‑made blend. In this consultation, we explore your health history, current concerns, medications, and lifestyle to see whether a custom tea is appropriate—and if so, what it should look like. No tea is included in this fee; any custom blend is ordered separately after we both agree it is a good fit.

This is a Christ‑centered, faith‑based practice. At the beginning of each consultation, I start with a brief prayer, inviting the Holy Spirit to lead our time together. This is a non‑negotiable part of my work. I offer education and insight to support your wellness journey with spiritual principles, disciplines, and practices at the heart of everything I do. If you are open to prayer and Christ‑centered support, you are warmly welcomed here. I do not separate faith from wellness; they remain integrated in all of my services and offerings.
Session length & pricing
Custom Herbal Tea Consultation (60–90 minutes) – 95 USD
We reserve up to 90 minutes together, though many sessions run about an hour, depending on the complexity of your concerns. The fee reflects not only our live time, but also my preparation, review of your intake form, and post‑session work researching and designing a safe, thoughtful herbal tea plan tailored to you.
How it works

Step 2 – After checkout, you’ll receive an email with an intake form and a link to schedule your session.
Step 3 – Complete the form so I can review your health history, current concerns, medications, and preferences before we meet.
Step 4 – We meet for your consult (phone or video). We’ll talk through your goals (cycle, hormones, sleep, mood, digestion, respiratory, etc.) and what’s realistic for your daily routine. We will begin with a brief prayer to invite God into the process.
Step 5 – If a custom herbal tea blend is appropriate, I will design a formula and send you a separate quote and private link to order your tea. If a blend is not recommended, you will still receive customized herbal guidance, lifestyle suggestions, and alternatives.
